Let's go into the south-eastern Bari area in that wonderful casket of beauty -historical, -cultural and beauty-landscape , which begins with Conversano and goes on with the Castellana Caves , Alberobello fantastic atmosphere and going through Locorotondo, Ostuni and Cisternino, under the lee of the Valle d'Itria , across Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto.


Your attention will be captured by the wild nature of Marine Caves of the Salento Peninsula ( South-eastern Apulia) , by the rugged reef ,beginning from Santa Cesarea Terme to Santa Maria di Leuca , by the millenary history of Otranto and its mosaic , by Gallipoli being out of this world for its beauty, by the beautiful white beach of Porto Cesareo... That' s Salento , a triumph of landscape always sunny where the Baroque Architecture feed only on light and heat.

The taste of the sea as well as the earth is brought out by recipes that find all their expression only in Apulia area.
